Background:

Expansive Therapy is a reputable network of highly skilled therapists specializing in the LGBTQ community. Despite their strong reputation, the practice faced a challenge in filling caseloads after hiring several full-time therapists. Their existing website lacked personality, and they had struggled to generate results through ads, relying primarily on Psychology Today as their main source of quality clients.


Challenge:

I was tasked with improving the client acquisition flow, enhancing the website, and reducing the cost per lead from ads.

Solution:

To tackle these challenges, I performed an in-depth website audit to pinpoint key issues and developed a strategy to enhance usability, messaging, and the overall user experience. Working closely with a designer, we revamped the website, significantly improving its look and feel. I also implemented a Typeform to prequalify leads and reorganized the Google Ads account to optimize its performance.

Implementation:

The process began with a thorough audit of Expansive Therapy’s website, including competitor research to identify common elements of successful therapy websites. This audit highlighted areas needing improvement, such as lead qualification, messaging, and user experience.

To address these findings, we integrated a Typeform to pre-qualify leads, gathering key information upfront and saving time for the intake team. This streamlined the process and ensured that only qualified leads moved forward, setting clearer expectations for potential clients.

We also improved the site’s usability and reworked the messaging to clearly communicate the benefits of working with Expansive Therapy, providing a better user experience. Finally, I collaborated with a designer to refresh the website’s colors and logo, creating a cohesive look across both desktop and mobile platforms. These changes helped establish a more professional and engaging online presence.

A major focus of my work was restructuring and optimizing the Google Ads account. I organized the account from the ground up, setting it up for long-term success Through comprehensive keyword research and crafting high-converting ad copy and by continuously analyzing results and making strategic adjustments, I significantly improved the effectiveness of the ads.

Results:

In collaboration with a designer, we created a stunning, user-friendly website that significantly improved the client experience. Revamping Lead Generation: New Landing Page Boosts Conversion rate by 794%

Background

Darkhorse Tech, a leading IT support firm for dental offices, struggled to optimize its lead generation strategy. Their existing method of driving traffic to the website resulted in a low conversion rate and a high cost per lead. Darkhorse Tech needed to generate more high-quality leads, while reducing the cost per lead.

Challenge

Darkhorse Tech's primary goal was to enhance the conversion rate of leads and continue to improve lead quality. The initial conversion rate was 0.88%, with a $400 cost per lead. They needed a more effective strategy to attract and convert potential clients.

Solution

We proposed a comprehensive strategy that involved driving ad traffic to a custom Unbounce landing page instead of the website’s contact page. Unbounce is renowned for its conversion optimization features, including A/B testing, dynamic text replacement, and built-in analytics.

Implementation

We designed and developed a custom landing page using Unbounce. The page was tailored to Darkhorse Tech's target audience, featuring clear calls to action, specific form fields, relevant content, and an intuitive layout to facilitate both desktop and mobile conversions.

Through continuous A/B testing we optimized the landing page's elements, such as headlines, images, form fields, and CTA buttons. These iterative improvements were aimed at maximizing conversion rates and enhancing user experience.

Results

Within 30 days, the new strategy yielded a 334% increase in conversion rate, and by six months, it increased by 794% to a 7.87% conversion rate, demonstrating the efficacy of custom Unbounce landing pages in engaging potential clients and compelling them to take action.

Background

Scenario, a mental health app that combines AI with the science of visualization, helps users prepare for real-life situations. The app had recently launched, and Scenario needed to prove to investors that they could attract users who would download the app, create accounts, and actively use it.

Challenge

Scenario set an ambitious goal: secure 700 app downloads and 500 user registrations within the first month. Meeting these targets was critical to demonstrating the app's potential to investors and ensuring future funding.

Solution

I utilized Meta ads to drive user acquisition for Scenario. The approach focused on manually selecting the right audience segments, choosing optimal placements, and creating engaging, relevant ad creatives that would resonate with potential users.

Platform & Placement Strategy

  • By using manual app campaigns, I gained more control over placements, ensuring that ads appeared where they would have the highest impact, maximizing engagement and relevance.

  • I chose to run the campaign primarily on Instagram instead of Facebook, as Instagram’s younger, tech-savvy audience aligned more closely with Scenario’s target demographic.

Creative Strategy

  • The creative messaging was designed to connect emotionally with users, emphasizing how Scenario could help manage real-life stress and challenges.

  • Visuals and ad copy focused on relatable situations and the app’s AI-powered, science-based approach to mental health.

Results
In just one month, the campaign delivered exceptional results:

  • 1050 app downloads, surpassing the original goal of 700 by 50%

  • 564 user registrations, exceeding the target of 500 registrations

  • The campaign achieved a 16% conversion rate, demonstrating a high level of engagement and relevance to the target audience.
